Ambassador
I was blessed to grow up in a Christian home where faith shaped my life from an early age. Throughout my years playing football, God gave me opportunities to share Christ with teammates and experience the impact of living out my faith in sports. After years of coaching my own children, I saw how many young athletes were finding their identity in their sport instead of in Christ. God led me to FCA after retirement, and I'm excited to help coaches and athletes discover the lasting hope, purpose, and peace found in Jesus.

Jay Hilton
Spokane Valley
Area Representative
Growing up in a strong Christian family, Jay developed a lifelong passion for both faith and athletics, but it wasn't until attending NBC Basketball Camp that he experienced the life-changing impact of bringing the two together. Since then, he's spent more than 20 years teaching Bible studies, raising three amazing kids, coaching over 60 sports teams, volunteering in local schools, and building a career as an electrical engineer and educator. Now, Jay is excited to serve with FCA in Spokane Valley, where he gets the opportunity to combine his passion for sports and his love for Jesus by investing in coaches and athletes, building meaningful relationships, and helping the next generation grow in their faith both on and off the field.

Kaitlyn Whitney
Administrative Assistant
Marketing Director
Kaitlyn was raised in Alaska, where she actively participated in a variety of sports. She attended George Fox University to continue her volleyball and track & field careers while also diving deep into the Christian community and FCA! She helped lead Bible studies on her team and was a leader in her huddle, where she enjoyed getting to grow and promote fellowship amongst her peers. After graduating and marrying her husband, Ethan, they relocated to North Idaho to be closer to family, embark on new adventures, and cultivate a strong community.
